A vessel leaves shore under a pale, uncertain sky, drifting into the vast silence of the Black Sea. Fig and fig leaf sit quietly in the background, a fragile memory of land.

The sea feels welcoming at first. Wind fills the sails, and the world opens into endless blue-green distance, light shimmering across gentle waves.

But as night falls, something shifts.

The water flattens unnaturally. The wind disappears completely. No creak of wood, no gulls, no current—only a heavy, suffocating stillness stretching in every direction. The sea becomes a void.

By morning, the ship is gone.

No hull. No sails. No crew.

Only fragments remain—driftwood, broken crates, and untouched fruit floating on the surface as if time itself refused to continue. The sea keeps everything else.
